  • 4 Baguette rolls for ready baking (80 g each)
  • 50 g Salad cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 (approx. 250 g) Tomatoes
  • 150 g Cucumber
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml; 250 g by weight) Peaches
  • 8 discs (15 g each) Pepper Salami
  • 8 discs (20 g each) smoked turkey breast
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Roasted onions
  • 150 g medieval Gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Herbs of Provence
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad leaves

Directions

    Cut the baguette open lengthwise and spread with salad cream. Season with salt and pepper. Wash and clean the tomatoes and cucumber and cut into thin slices. Drain the peaches and cut into slices.

    Cover four baguette halves each with two slices of salami, tomato and cucumber. Cover the remaining baguette halves with two turkey breast slices and peach slices each. Sprinkle with roasted onions.

    Cut the cheese into slices and place on the baguette. Sprinkle with herbs of Provence and bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C / gas: level 3) for about 15 minutes. Arrange on a plate and serve garnished with salad leaves as desired.
