Turkey cold cuts with herb dip

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 1/2 bunch parsley and
  • 1/2 potty Chervil
  • 7-10 Tbsp (substitute 1 vol. of parsley)
  • 2 tablespoons (40 g) soft butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1/2 (approx. 125 g) Baguette-Brot
  • 1 small onion
  • 300 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Capers (glass)
  • 12 (approx. 250 g) Discs
  • 7-10 Tbsp smoked turkey breast cold cuts

Directions

    Peel and crush the garlic. Wash the herbs and chop finely, except for something to garnish. Knead 1/3 of the herbs, garlic and butter. Season with salt and pepper

    Cut the bread open and spread with the herb butter. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 8-10 minutes

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix yoghurt, rest of herbs, onion and capers. Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Arrange the turkey breast on a plate and pour some sauce over it. Serve the rest of the sauce in a small bowl. Garnish both with remaining herbs. Cut the bread into pieces and add

    Drink: cool white wine
