Plums with caramel sauce

Ingredients

  • 100 g Sugar
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 750 g Prunes
  • 7-10 Tbsp small meringue and mint

    For the sauce, melt the sugar until golden brown. Add cream. Let it boil down for 2-3 minutes until the caramel has dissolved. Wash, halve and stone the plums. Cut the flesh into narrow slices and spread on dessert plates. Pour caramel sauce over them. Decorate as you like with small meringue spots and mint
