For the ##peanut## sauce, roast nuts in a pan without fat for approx. 5 minutes while turning, remove. Peel garlic and ginger and chop finely. Heat peanut butter in a pot.
Sauté ginger and garlic for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt, ##cardamom##, cumin, paprika and Tabasco. Add yoghurt while stirring. Coarsely chop the nuts and sprinkle over the sauce.
Onions peel and cut into slices. Clean and peel the pineapple and cut the pulp into pieces. Wash the flesh, dab dry and cut into 20 evenly sized cubes. Put on 12 skewers alternately onions, ##pineapple## and flesh.
Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and fry skewers in portions for about 5 minutes, turning them over. Arrange skewers and sauce.
