Creamy Zebra Dish

Ingredients

  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Amaretto liqueur
  • 7-10 Tbsp (substitute orange juice)
  • 100 g Low-fat curd
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 1 pack of Cream powder "Chocolate Cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp (for 300 ml milk)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Milk chocolate flakes

Directions

    Whip the cream with the whisks of the hand mixer until stiff. Let vanilla sugar trickle in. Fold cream and liqueur evenly into the quark

    Pour milk into a mixing cup. Add cream powder and mix with the whisks of the hand mixer only at the lowest setting. Then whisk at highest setting for approx. 3 minutes.

    Fold chocolate flakes, up to 1 tablespoon, into the chocolate cream. Fill cream and cream quark alternately into tall glasses. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate shavings

    Instead of using cream powder, you can also use chocolate pudding powder for cooking (and 1/2 l milk). Then let it cool down

    Instead of 100 g cream and 100 g low-fat quark, you can also use a whole 250 g pack of cream quark
