  • 1 Onion
  • 6 Radishes
  • 40 g small garlic Cabanossi
  • 60 g Krakow sausages
  • 60 g Farmer's Mettwurst
  • 80 g Polish sausage
  • 80 g red soft cheese
  • 100 g Appenzeller cheese
  • 40 g Butter
  • 4 Gherkins
  • 4 discs Bread
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Mustard

Directions

    Peel onion and cut into fine rings. Clean, wash and dry the radishes. Arrange sausage, cheese, onion rings, radishes, butter and cucumber on a plate. Serve with bread and mustard.
