Clean, wash and cut the peppers into thin strips. Wash lettuce leaves, dab dry and pluck smaller. Wash chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls. Rinse cress and cut from the bed. Cut cheese slices into quarters
Cut the bread roll open and spread with cream cheese. Sprinkle the lower halves of the rolls with chives first, then cover with lettuce, paprika, cheese and cress. Place the upper roll halves on top
