Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 100-150 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 500 g red fruit pudding
  • 2 (150 g each) Cup of vanilla yoghurt
  • 8 Apricot halves (tin)
  • 4 TSP Chocolate rolls (whole milk)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

    Whip the cream until stiff and allow the vanillin sugar to trickle in

    Pour red fruit jelly into four dessert glasses. Stir yoghurt until smooth and pour over the top. Cover with 2 apricot halves each. Spread the cream loosely on top. Decorate with chocolate rolls and lemon balm

    Whether berry, cherry or green fruit jelly - for our dessert everything fits in taste. Would you like to save calories? Then replace the cream with a blob of crème légère - it has only 15% fat!
