Yoghurt Mint Cup with cherries

Ingredients

  • 1 glass (370 ml) Sour cherries
  • 100 g Chocolate Mint bars
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 500 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Drain the cherries in a sieve. Cut 2 mint tablets diagonally in half with a sharp knife and set aside. Chop the remaining tablets. Whip the cream until stiff

    Mix yoghurt, vanillin sugar and sugar in a bowl until smooth. Stir in the chopped mint tablets. Carefully fold in the cream with a whisk

    Put 4 cherries aside for decoration. Divide the remaining cherries into 4 dessert glasses. Add the yoghurt cream. Add the cherries, the

    -The dessert tastes best well chilled; put it in the fridge immediately after preparation

    -If you don't like the mint note, you can also mix the yoghurt cream with chocolate shavings and some kirsch
