  • 1 kg red currants
  • 100 ml black currant liqueur (crème de cassis)
  • 500 g "jelly sugar"

Directions

    Wash the berries, drain. Strip from the panicles. Weigh 900 g berries

    Mix berries, liqueur and jelly sugar in a large pot. Bring to the boil while stirring over high heat. Then boil for at least 3 minutes while stirring continuously. Immediately fill into prepared glasses and close them

    Shelf life 6-9 months
