  • 2 beds Cress
  • 1 Organic Lime
  • 500 g Greek cream yoghurt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper

    Cut cress from 2 beds. Puree with grated rind and juice of 1 organic lime, 500 g Greek cream yoghurt and 1 tablespoon honey. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
