Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1 pack of (300 g) frozen pan-fried vegetables, Italian
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 1 package (230 g) "Back`n Roll" Pizzateig
  • 1/2 package (100 g) Pizza cheese
  • 1 Protein
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 TEASPOON Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

  1. 1

Place the vegetables in a pan without defrosting and without fat and fry them over a high heat for about 4 minutes until crisp. Fry over medium heat for 4-6 minutes. In the meantime cut ham into cubes.

  2. 2

Place the pizza dough with baking paper on a baking tray. Mix vegetables, ham and 50 g cheese and put it on one half of the dough. Separate the egg. Brush the edges of the dough with egg white, fold the free dough half over and press the edges firmly with a spoon handle.

  3. 3

Mix the egg yolk and cream, spread it on the calzone and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 250°C/ gas: level 5) for 15-20 minutes. Cut the finished calzone in half and serve garnished with parsley.
