  • 200 g smoked liver sausage
  • 100 g Fresh cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sherry
  • 1 TABLESPOON pickled peppercorns
  • 200 g Munster cheese
  • 2 stem(s) Thyme
  • 100 g soft butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

    For the sausage spread mix liver sausage and crème fraîche. Refine with sherry and season with peppercorns. For the cheese spread dice Munster cheese. Wash and chop the thyme. Mash cheese, thyme and butter with a fork. Garnish with parsley and serve with rustic farmhouse bread
