Ingredients

  • 75 g Sugar
  • 4 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 1/4 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS white rum
  • 600 ml dry white wine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon

    Whisk the sugar, egg yolks, cinnamon and lemon juice until thick (creamy white, approx. 15 minutes) with the whisks of the hand mixer. Pour egg-sugar mixture into a high pot, stir in rum and wine. Heat over low heat while stirring (must not boil), pour into glasses and serve immediately dusted with cinnamon as desired
