  • 2 cl Passion fruit liqueur
  • 100 ml dry champagne
  • 1 (50 g) Ball Lemon sorbet

Directions

    Pour the liqueur into a champagne glass. Top up with well chilled sparkling wine and add a scoop of lemon sorbet
