  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Orange juice and liqueur
  • 200 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Grate a bar of chocolate. Boil up the rest of the chocolate with milk, sugar, juice and liqueur. Whip the cream until stiff. Decorate hot chocolate with cream and chocolate shavings.
