Put passion fruit juice, pineapple juice, rum and cream of coconut in a shaker. Add some ice cubes and shake everything vigorously (shake). Dip a glass with the rim first in some fruit juice, then in grated coconut. Strain the exotic drink into the prepared glass and serve immediately with a fruit skewer of fresh pineapple, cocktail cherries and lemon balm leaves.
