Ingredients

  • 1/8 l chilled passion fruit juice
  • 1/8 l chilled pineapple juice
  • 2 cl white rum (37,5 % vol.)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Cream of Coconut
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Coconut flake
  • 2 Pieces of fresh pineapple
  • 2 Cocktail cherries
  • 2 Melissa leaves

Directions

    Put passion fruit juice, pineapple juice, rum and cream of coconut in a shaker. Add some ice cubes and shake everything vigorously (shake). Dip a glass with the rim first in some fruit juice, then in grated coconut. Strain the exotic drink into the prepared glass and serve immediately with a fruit skewer of fresh pineapple, cocktail cherries and lemon balm leaves.
