Ingredients

  • 200 g white currants
  • 200 g Raspberries
  • 2 Limes
  • 2 stem(s) Mint
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle of prosecco
  • 1/4 l Mineral water

Directions

    Pull currants from the panicles. Wash all berries carefully. Wash the limes and cut them into thin slices. Wash the mint and pluck the leaves from the stalks. Pour prepared fruit, mint leaves and ice cubes into a jug. Fill up with Prosecco and mineral water. Makes 4-6 glasses
