  • 2 cl Calvados
  • 3 cl apple juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp dry champagne
  • 1 Baby apple to decorate (from the can)
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Put the Calvados and apple juice in a tall champagne glass. Fill with well chilled sparkling wine. Put the apple on a wooden skewer and pour into the glass
