- 1 Peach half from the jar
- 1 TABLESPOON Peach Nectar
- 2 cl Pepino Peach (peach liqueur)
- 1 Splash lime juice
- 100 ml dry champagne
- 1 Lemon and lime slice and some lemon balm to garnish
Directions

Puree the peach and juice in a tall beaker with the cutting stick. Pour into a tall glass, add peach liqueur and a splash of lime juice. Top up with well chilled sparkling wine. Garnish with a slice of lemon and lime and lemon balm
