Ingredients

  • 75 g Dark chocolate
  • 50 g Milk chocolate
  • 600 ml Milk
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp pulp of 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cocoa powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated peel of 1/2 untreated orange (well washed)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur (e.g. Grand Manier)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS whipped cream and bark chocolate

Directions

    Finely chop the chocolate. Bring milk, cream and vanilla pulp to the boil in a saucepan. Remove from the heat, stir in the cocoa, orange zest and chocolate and stir several times until the chocolate is completely dissolved. Divide the liqueur into 4 glasses. Spread hot chocolate on top. Serve garnished with cream and bark chocolate as desired
