  • 3 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 100 ml brown rum
  • 7-10 Tbsp Nutmeg

    Whisk egg yolk and sugar on a warm water bath until thick and creamy. Mix rum and 400 ml boiling water and add to the egg yolk mixture while stirring. Fill egg coarse into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg
