Peach-raspberry punch

  • 500 g Peaches
  • 300 g Raspberries
  • 100 ml Peach liqueur
  • 1 (0,7 l) bottle of dry white wine
  • 1 1/2 (each 0.7 l) Bottles of dry sparkling wine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa leaves

Directions

    Scald peaches, rinse with cold water and peel the skin. Stone peaches, cut flesh into slices. Select the raspberries, wash carefully and drain. Put the fruits in a punch bowl and marinate in the peach liqueur for about 30 minutes.

    Top up with well chilled wine. Top up with cool sparkling wine just before serving. Decorate with lemon balm leaves.
