Heat the milk and chocolate chips. Season with cinnamon. Whip cream until stiff. Pour the cherries, except one for decoration, into a heat-resistant glass.
Pour the chocolate over it. Fill the cream in a piping bag with a star-shaped spout and pour a cream tuff onto the chocolate. Decorate with a cherry and pour cherry liqueur over it. Serve immediately
