  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 2 untreated limes
  • 2-3 stem(s) Basil
  • 400 ml Rosé wine
  • 2 (700 ml each) Bottles of dry sparkling wine or Prosecco
  • 7-10 Tbsp edible flowers

Directions

    Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Wash, dry and slice the limes. Wash basil and dab dry. Pluck the leaves from the stalks, except for a few for decoration.

    Put strawberries, slices of lime, except some for decoration, and basil leaves into a large bowl, add wine. Leave to stand for 30 minutes. Decorate glasses with strawberries, basil, lime and edible flowers. Pour in chilled sparkling wine / Prosecco and serve immediately
