Ingredients

  • 1 kg Strawberries
  • 1/2 l Aperol
  • 2 Limes
  • 1-2 stem(s) Mint
  • 2 Bottles of cider (à o,75 l)

Directions

    Clean, wash and halve the strawberries. Pour into a bowl and pour aperol on top. Let it steep a little. In the meantime, wash the limes thoroughly and cut them into thin slices. Remove the mint leaves.

    Add both to the strawberries. Top up with iced cider just before serving. Makes about 10 glasses of 0.2 litres each.
