Orange Red Wine Punch

Ingredients

  • 1/4 l Red wine
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 2-3 Cloves
  • 1/2 l Orange juice
  • 1/8 l blackcurrant liqueur
  • 7-10 Tbsp thinly peeled skin of 1
  • 7-10 Tbsp untreated orange for
  • 7-10 Tbsp Decorate

Directions

    Heat red wine with cinnamon, vanilla pod and cloves. Cover and let it simmer for about 15 minutes at low heat. Remove spices. Add orange juice and liqueur, heat again but do not boil.

    Pour punch into glasses and decorate with orange peel spirals. Makes approx. 4 glasses of 250 ml content.
