- 150 g Whipped cream
- 1 package real vanilla sugar
- 5 TABLESPOONS soluble espresso extract
- 8 TABLESPOONS coffee liqueur
Directions

Lightly whip cream and vanilla sugar. Dissolve espresso powder in 1/2 litre of boiling water. Stir in coffee liqueur and whipped cream. Then immediately pour into glasses.
