  • 1 Pineapple
  • 250 g Raspberries
  • 6 cl Kiwi liqueur
  • 1 (0,7 l) bottle of white wine
  • 1 (0,7 l) bottle of bubbly
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Quarter the pineapple lengthwise, remove the stalk, remove the flesh from the skin and cut into pieces. Sort and wash the raspberries. Wash lemon balm, dab dry, remove leaves. Fill pineapple pieces, raspberries and lemon balm leaves into a glass vessel and pour kiwi liqueur over them. Fill up with well chilled white wine and sparkling wine
