Apricot Kiwi Punch

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Z
  • 2 medium-sized kiwis
  • 500 g Apricots
  • 6 cl Licor 43 (Spanish spice liqueur)
  • 1 (0,7 l) bottle of dry white wine
  • 2 (each 0.7 l) Bottles of dry sparkling wine

Directions

    Peel and slice the kiwis. Wash the apricots, dab dry, cut in half and remove the stone. Cut the fruit into smaller pieces as desired. Put the kiwis and apricots in a punch bowl. Pour Licor 43 over them and leave them covered for about 30 minutes. Top up with well chilled white wine and sparkling wine. Serve immediately
