Ingredients

  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 160 ml Irish whiskey
  • 40-60 g Sugar
  • 500 ml hot coffee (freshly boiled)

Directions

    Whip the cream with the whisks of the hand mixer, letting vanilla sugar trickle in. Rinse glasses with hot water. Add 40 ml whiskey and 10-15 g sugar to each glass. Distribute the coffee evenly in each glass. Spread cream on top. Serve immediately
