Melon and Orange Punch

Ingredients

Servings: 10
  • 1 Watermelon (about 1,5 kg)
  • 4 Oranges
  • 7-10 Tbsp thinly peeled rind of 1/2 untreated lemon
  • 6 cl Orange liqueur
  • 1 (1 l) bottle of white wine
  • 1 (0,75 l) Bottle of dry sparkling wine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Cut the melon in half. Use a ball cutter to cut out balls, removing the seeds. Peel oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets from the parting skins.

    Soak the fruit and lemon peel with the orange liqueur and let it steep for 30 minutes. Top up with well chilled wine and sparkling wine and garnish with a mint stalk.
