Ingredients

  • 2 Bottles (0.7 l each) of clear apple juice
  • 1 (0,75 l) bottle of cider (sparkling cider)
  • 1 (0,75 l) Bottle of Ginger Ale
  • 2 medium sized oranges (approx. 200 g each)
  • 2 medium sized lemons (approx. 100 g each)
  • 1 collar Lemon balm
  • 1 (0,75 l) bottle of mineral water
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube
  • 7-10 Tbsp Calvados

Directions

    Mix apple juice with cider and ginger ale. Wash and dry oranges and lemons, cut them into slices and put them into the punch bowl. Leave to stand for about 30 minutes. Then wash the lemon balm and dab dry.

    Pluck the leaves from the stems and put them into the punch bowl. Fill up with mineral water and ice cubes. Pour into glasses and serve. Season to taste with Calvados.
