- 2 cl Cherry liqueur
- 2 cl brown rum
- 1 TEASPOON Lime juice
- 100 ml Tonic Water
- 1 Slit baby pineapple
- 2 Cocktail cherries
Directions

Pour cherry liqueur, rum and lime juice into a champagne glass and top up with well chilled tonic water. Garnish with a pineapple slice and cocktail cherries
