- 1/4 fresh, ripe mango
- 2 cl Peach liqueur
- 1 cl Vodka
- 100 ml dry champagne
- 1 Cocktail cherry to garnish
Directions

Peel the mango and cut into thin slices. Pour into a glass. Pour peach liqueur and vodka over it and stir briefly with a cocktail sticker. Top up with well chilled sparkling wine and garnish with a cocktail cherry.
