- 2 cl Coconut Cream
- 8 cl Pineapple juice
- 6 cl white rum
- 7-10 Tbsp crushed ice
- 7-10 Tbsp fresh pineapple and mint
Directions

Warm up the coconut cream in a bain-marie and stir. Put pineapple juice, white rum and coconut cream in a shaker or mixer and shake or beat well. Fill a pilsner glass to a third with crushed ice and pour the drink over the ice.

Garnish with a small piece of pineapple and a mint branch.
