  • 8 cl Wild blackberry liqueur
  • 4 balls lemon sorbet
  • 1/2 Bottle of dry sparkling wine
  • 4 Slices of lime
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh mint

Directions

    Spread the liqueur on 4 champagne bowls, add the sorbet. Then fill up with well chilled champagne. Finally, place lime slices on the edge of the glass and decorate the drink with mint.
