Wash the woodruff, dab dry and tie up with kitchen string. Put 1/4 litre of white wine and syrup into a bowl. Let the woodruff steep for about 1 hour. Wash the limes and cut into fine slices. Wash and clean the strawberries, possibly halve them.
Remove the woodruff bunch. Put limes and strawberries into the bowl. Fill up with the remaining wine and champagne. Decorate with lime and woodruff
