Ingredients

  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 2 heaped Tbsp Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS white rum
  • 2 l White wine
  • 1 bottle of mineral water or dry sparkling wine

Directions

    Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Peel and quarter the pineapple and cut out the hard stalk. Cut the flesh into pieces. Mix fruit, sugar and rum. Leave to stand covered for about 1 hour. Before serving, fill up with well chilled wine and mineral water or sparkling wine
