Ingredients

  • 250 g Raspberries
  • 250 g Blackberries
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 4 cl Cassis (currant liqueur)
  • 1 (0,7 l) bottle of dry white wine
  • 1 (0,7 l) bottle of tonic water

Directions

    Select and clean raspberries and blackberries. Put them in a punch bowl. Wash the lemon hot, cut off the peel with a peeler. Squeeze the juice. Add the cassis and lemon juice to the berries and leave to stand for 30 minutes.

    Then fill up with cooled wine and tonic. Garnish with the lemon peel.
