Ingredients

  • 2 Vanilla beans
  • 4 piece(s) Star Anise
  • 7-10 Tbsp peel of 1 untreated lemon
  • 6 tea bags black tea
  • 16 cl Vodka
  • 7-10 Tbsp brown candy to taste
  • 3-4 Tbsp Lemon juice

Directions

    Cut the vanilla beans in half and scrape out the pulp with a knife. Bring 1 1/2 litre of water with vanilla pods and pulp, star anise and lemon peel to the boil. Then pour the boiling water with the spices over the tea bags and let the tea steep for 1 1/2-2 minutes.

    Remove tea bags. Heat vodka and add. Sift the punch if necessary and season to taste with rock candy and lemon juice.
