Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 1,5 l currant and orange juice
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 2 Star Anise
  • 6 Cloves
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 (à 2 g) Bag of spice for mulled wine (Glühfix)
  • 200 ml Rum
  • 7-10 Tbsp Orange Spirals

Directions

    Place the currant and orange juice, sugar, cinnamon sticks, star anise, cloves and lemon juice in a pot and bring to the boil briefly. Hang the mulled wine spice bag inside and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

    Add rum. Decorate with orange spirals and serve hot.
