Sparkling Blue (New Year's Eve cocktail)

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar for the edges of the glass
  • 50 ml white rum
  • 50 ml Curacao blue
  • 7-10 Tbsp crushed ice
  • 200 ml Pineapple juice
  • 200 ml dry champagne
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocktail cherries and mint

Directions

    Put lemon juice and sugar on a small plate. Dip glass edges first in lemon juice, then in sugar. Decorate glass edges with cocktail cherry and tender mint stem. Mix rum and CuraƧao.

    First pour crushed ice, then rum mixture into the glasses. Fill up with pineapple juice and champagne.
