Ingredients

  • 250 g Kumquats
  • 160 ml Lime juice
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Cane sugar syrup
  • 240 ml Cachaca (Brazilian sugar cane brandy)
  • 160 ml Triple Sec Curacao Liqueur
  • 30 Ice cube
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint, lime slices, peel spiral and kumquats

Directions

    Wash the kumquats, rub dry and cut into thick slices. Mix lime juice, syrup, cachaca and liqueur well. Coarsely crush ice cubes and spread them with the kumquats on the glasses.

    Measure 80 ml of the drink in each case and fill the glasses with it. Serve decorated with mint, slices of lime, kumquats and lime peel spirals as desired.
