Cider punch with apples and grapes

Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 3 Apples (about 180 g each)
  • 350 g colourful grapes (blue, yellow, rosé)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Cane sugar syrup
  • 2-3 stem(s) Mint
  • 7-8 Ice cube
  • 1 (0,7 l) bottle of iced dry sparkling wine
  • 1 (1 l) bottle of iced dry cider
  • 7-10 Tbsp possibly grape skewers

Directions

    Wash apples and grate them dry. Remove the core with an apple corer. Cut apples into slices. Put apple slices and sugar syrup into a bowl and mix. Wash the grapes, drain them and pluck them from the stalks.

    Cut the grapes in half and add to the apples. Wash the mint and shake dry. Add mint and ice cubes to the fruit. Fill up with sparkling wine and cider. Decorate glasses possibly with grape skewers
