Ingredients

  • 1/2 Baby pineapple
  • 4 Kumquats
  • 1 Carambola (star fruit)
  • 200 ml Liqueur "43" (Spanish liqueur)
  • 600 ml iced dry champagne

Directions

    Cut baby pineapple into 4 slices. Cut along the skin and loosen some of the flesh. Put the slices on the edges of a glass (type champagne bowl). Wash kumquats and carambola and rub dry.

    Cut into slices. Cut the slices and put them on the edges of the glasses as well. Put some kumquat slices into the glasses. Pour 1/4 of the liqueur into each glass and fill up with 150 ml of sparkling wine
