Cherry-Mocha- Chocolate

  • 100 g Mocha chocolate
  • 1 l Milk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cocoa powder
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Sour cherries (from the jar)
  • 8 TABLESPOONS cherry brandy
  • 7-10 Tbsp stiff whipped cream and bark chocolate

Directions

    Melt the chocolate in 3/4 litres of hot milk. Stir cocoa, sugar and remaining milk until smooth. Stir into the chocolate milk, bring to the boil. Add 1 tablespoon of sour cherries and 2 tablespoons of kirsch to each glass.

    Pour chocolate milk over it. Decorate with cream and bark chocolate.
