- 2 cl Amaretto
- 2 cl Gin
- 125 ml Bitter Grapefruit
- 7-10 Tbsp crushed ice
- 1 slice of lime
- 1 Cocktail cherry
Directions

Put Amaretto and gin into a long drink glass and top up with well chilled bitter grapefruit. Add crushed ice. Put the lime slice and cocktail cherry on a skewer and pour into the glass
