  • 450 ml freshly brewed coffee
  • 100 g Icing sugar
  • 6 cl white rum
  • 3 TSP Lime juice
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp slice of lime sprinkled with coffee

Directions

    Mix coffee and icing sugar well, then refrigerate. Add rum and lime juice and fill into glasses. Whip the cream and distribute carefully with a spoon. To decorate, dust the edges of the lime slice delicately with coffee powder and place it on the edge of the glass.
