Wash the woodruff, dab dry and tie up with kitchen string. Put 1/4 litre of white wine and peach liqueur in a jug and put the woodruff in it. Leave for about 1 hour. Wash the lime thoroughly, dab dry and cut into slices. Remove the woodruff bunch and put the lime slices into the jug. Fill up with well chilled remaining wine and sparkling wine. Serve decorated with slices of lime and woodruff as desired. (Makes approx. 1/4 liter punch per person)
